I'm only rating 1 star because of Dr. Dietz, otherwise I'd probably rate it higher, to the cleanliness of the facility and the rest of the staff. I definitely will say not to choose Dietz as your PCP, as he is a complete and utter joke. He will not sit and talk with you if you have a problem, dismisses everything you could say, denies any forwarding recommendations under the idea that he can do everything. The list goes on, but most importantly, I can't tell you how many times I've not been able to get my medication because he'll ignore my calls, the pharmacy calls, and apparently anyone in the office who sends back messages. He'll also refuse to fill my medication he knows I need (type 1 diabetic) , and will continue to do so until I make an appointment and wait to see him. He is smug and can be rude. He also now tries to pawn you off on his nurses so he doesn't have to do anything, which is about what he did before anyway. I've switched and couldn't be happier about the decision.
I go here for my basic needs, physicals, flu, etc. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors take their time to understand my issues. I'd recommend them.
I went to the office a month ago to get a prescription and it was never called in, I then called again to get it filled and still it is not in!!!! I now have to wait another month since the office is closed on sundays.... this is ridiculous
Great friendly staff and wonderful doctors. Appointments are timely as well.
